Just like you I am a work in progress, otherwise I wouldn’t do what I do. What I also know is that I have a passion for helping people reach beyond themselves and connect with what is extra-ordinary – their “infinitisms”. Whilst I am a trained coached where I distinguish myself is in the energy, motivation and dedication I bring to clients in helping them reach for the previously un-imagined. Having been a keen competitive cyclist and in business for myself, I know first-hand about determination, persistence, resilience and creativity. Yet I like to work smart as I value my time and those of my clients in that life is far too short to waste and there are so many exciting things to do with it. I have also been through many personal tectonic and systemic life shifts so can relate and empathise with the different life situations the people I work with experience.
In traditional terms I worked in the finance industry as a business development executive for close to 20 years with 10 of those being spent as freelancer and angel investor in start-ups where I coached and mentored people. Over the years and through my own personal transition I have come to focus in the more meaningful and purpose centered work. I have been involved with various community projects in Geneva Switzerland to which I give my time, whilst completing in 2012 studies in eco-village design sustainability and later a program in coaching and consulting for change at HEC Paris and Said Business School. And while I believe that an intelligent and wise collective holds the key to our successful societal evolution I also believe that individual emergence is key to that process. That is part of the reason that I do what I do whilst getting a real buzz from seeing client’s have breakthroughs and truly experiencing transformational shifts.
My three edicts are:
